During your session, I connect with the energy of your soul's journey and explore the lifetimes, experiences, and karmic themes which may still be influencing your life today.
Sometimes Spirit highlights a specific lifetime. Other times, the focus is on a repeating lesson, unresolved relationship, fear, talent, or soul contract which continues to echo into your current life.
Together we'll explore:

It isn't about proving you were famous, royal, spiritually important, or connected to a historical figure.
The purpose of this session is understanding more than entertainment.
The purpose is understanding.
Sometimes information from another lifetime helps explain why certain fears, relationship dynamics, emotional responses, or repeating patterns continue to show up in your life today.
The focus is always on how the information applies to your current life and what it may reveal about the lessons, healing, growth, or karmic themes your soul is still working through.
This isn't about escaping your present life.
It's about understanding it more deeply.
A Note About Your Reading
My desire is for you to have a positive and meaningful experience. You do not need to share my beliefs, but I do ask that you come to your session open to the experience rather than approaching it as a test.
I am not omniscient. Sharing a little context about why you booked your appointment helps me understand where to focus and better recognize where Spirit is directing the reading. It doesn't "give me the answers." Without context, Spirit may give you what you need to hear rather than what you want to address during our time together.
If you're hoping to connect with a crossed-over loved one, please understand that I cannot guarantee who will communicate or that a particular person will come through. Spirit communication does not work on command.

There is no set number. Spirit typically brings forward the information, lifetimes, or patterns which are most relevant to what you're experiencing right now.

No. A past life regression is a guided hypnosis experience where you explore memories yourself. In this session, I connect with Spirit and share the information, patterns, and insights which come through on your behalf.

Sometimes understanding the pattern is enough to create change. Other times additional healing work may be beneficial. If I believe a Karmic Clearing Session may help release unresolved energetic ties, agreements, or repeating patterns, I'll discuss that with you during the session.
